Q. Why is your shipping so high? A. Since we use such a high grade material our covers weigh a lot. Our standard medium cover weighs over 14 pound. This results in a higher shipping charge from UPS and the United States Postal Service than the light weight covers our cover is designed to replace.

Hello, i purchased a bbq grill cover off ebay from you about a year or so ago. I'm glad i found your website. To this day I still absolutely love it, it is still in perfect condition and has kept my grill absolutely dry and protected from all the elements. I'm considering purchasing another grill that is rather oddly shapped. I have a picture of the grill attached to this email and the dimensions are below. I have not purchased the grill yet but i was wondering you would be able to make a custom grill cover for this odd shaped grill?

Hi Mel, I received our custom made BBQ Cover today, it fit like a glove! It might have been nice maybe to have a slit in the back to make it a little easier to put on-I'm not sure though? We are very pleased, especially after looking at what the stores around here were selling as bbq covers. Thanks a lot, Todd

I just found your site after a few years. Bought a grill cover off e-bay from you a while back, the grill wore out but the cover is still working fine. The grill was made in China, any questions? I am buying a new Weber grill; if my cover fits I will keep using it. If not I will be ordering another one from you, just booked marked your site. Thanks your covers are great.
